Yuuko is starting to change color

Yuuko who started to color
Let's go
Yuuko peel
Honey Yuuko
From the beginning of December, the special product Yukou began to color.Yukou, which is said to be derived from missionaries, has been planted in various houses in the open sea and used as a substitute for vinegar, so old trees can be found here and there, but it is not found in other areas in Nagasaki.
It can be used just like yuzu or lemon, and it is also a citrus fruit that is attracting attention as a special product.
We are also expanding the variations at the rescue clinic. While it is blue, use the epidermis to make yukou pepper, the inner skin to make yukou peel (arranged orange peel), and the fruit juice inside to make juice by adding honey. All are pleased by everyone.
Please try it if you have a chance. When the skin is blue, it has a mint green peel, and when it turns yellow, it has a lemon-colored peel.

The staff of the rescue center made a prototype Christmas wreath. It's for the experience.
I grew cotton this year, so I used it mainly. The white cotton makes it quiet, but it is quite elegant.
It's easy because you just insert the dried flowers into the base.Would you like to make one?

I am blessed with beautiful sunny weather

Studying masonry culture
Fun soup
On Saturday, November XNUMXth, I enjoyed digging potatoes in a very nice weather.
The number of participants was small, XNUMX people, but it was just that, and I enjoyed digging potatoes. I promised to take away up to XNUMX kg for free, but the children seemed to want to take home what they dug, so they bought a lot.The staff of the World Heritage Division of Nagasaki City introduced us to the masonry culture and studied very well.At the end, I had dago soup.Volunteers in charge of dago soup were worried that they had boiled for too long and made a lot of thick soup, but it was delicious and it was a complete meal.
Four staff members, including the director of the Nagasaki City World Heritage Division, supported the fun digging of potatoes. He taught me a study session on Ishiyakiimo, and surprisingly, he was very good at treating children, and he was completely used to playing.
The other group is more than XNUMX volunteer members of Udera. He was also in charge of preparation before digging potatoes in the field, mowing the surrounding area, preparing potatoes for grilled potatoes, supporting potato digging, and making dago soup.
Thank you to everyone who participated, those who served, and God who prepared the wonderful weather!
